The laptop impresses with lightning speed. Unboxing to setup took mere minutes. Its sleek design complements its rapid performance. Multitasking is a breeze, with apps launching instantly. The vivid display captivates, offering stunning visuals. Typing on the comfortable keyboard feels effortless, and the trackpad is responsive. Connectivity options are abundant, ensuring seamless device integration. The laptop's swift Wi-Fi keeps you connected without lag. While lightweight, its durability is commendable. The battery holds up admirably, granting hours of productivity. In conclusion, this laptop is a swift and reliable companion, perfect for those who demand speed without compromise.

Same as other comments on here. AVOID DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I sent my sons laptop off to them as it had a broken screen that was in August. I had to email them constantly for an update or even acknowledgement that they had received the laptop. When I did hear from them it was in October and they were asking for £65 for the repair which I paid only to lose all contact with them again. I sent loads of emails, I phoned but no one picks up, I even contacted the police in NI as the business had my sons £240 laptop plus £65 for the repair. Absolutely heart breaking dealing with this business I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through it.

ive got to say from reading all these terrible accounts of bad buys on this site , i must be the lucky one . I didn't expect much for the amount paid , so was pleased with Lenovo Thinkpad T430 SSD Windows 10 and an upgraded drive from 120 to 180gb. works fine had a problem setting up but a quick email and the team in Ireland sorted it .Can't fault them at all.

Please please AVOID this company at all costs. I bought a laptop for my daughter for Christmas 2021 & realised it was faulty within 10 days. I couldn’t reach them by telephone- they had blocked my number! I left messages from another number, sent several emails and wrote by post but cannot contact them. I was clearly scammed and don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It’s shocking.

Fast shipping, product (possibly) better than described, seller seemed to accommodate a request mentioned in the order notes. All in all, very good experience.

Poor service, faulty Chromebook, used less than two weeks, told and shown how to fix the fault myself...did that in good faith. Not used since lock down, now same fault, unfixable without replacing my keyboard, and I have to foot the bill. Deliberately misleading selling faulty used goods.

Avoid! Customer service and care none existent.

horrendous, stay clear at all costs, their reviews on eBay do not show up, they are rude, provide awful products and worse of all are able to hide poor reviews from customers on eBay. first correspondence with them " can I please return my laptops which are painfully slow and faulty" the response was "what do you expect, they are 10 years old. I requested return for which they sent postage return for one of the two laptops. had I have sent in the box, the postage would not have been enough. from the beginning they were insisting I return via PayPal which is not the correct procedure. I was eventually refunded for one of the damaged useless items. the seller complained and the further refund was redirected to ..... PayPal, where he would have received the entire costs for returning the items, he know the exact game to play.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a laptop on 12th June 2020, it said it was 48 hour tracked, obviously due to the coronavirus I expected it may be a bit longer for it to arrive. A couple of weeks passed and I received an email saying I had sent the laptop back which I didn’t because it never arrived. I tried to communicate with company and they were very unhelpful, providing me with one word answers. Their customer service skills are literally non existent. I requested to get my money back as I’ve decided to buy from a different supplier and they just messaged me back with the Royal Mail tracking number, I’ve messaged them twice after that and I’ve been ignored. I looked to write them a bad review on eBay as strangely they have none to come on this site and a few others to see the same things being said, they are a dodgy company and avoid them at all costs guys!

Bought a laptop. Worked for 9 months then broke. Returned. Never got sent back. Ignored all my emails. Had to take them to a small claims court. Eventually laptop was returned (damaged.) Got it checked internally and it had a slower processor than what I bought and half the RAM I bought.

Ordered a laptop off them, as a Christmas present it was stated that it was refurbished so I knew I wasn't getting a brand new one, that was grand, the add also said there may be some scratches but the actual laptop will be working perfect, when the laptop arrived it has 3 HUGE CRACKS right across the front of the laptop, which is the first thing you see, it's on the back of the screen so it will eventually end up damaging the screen. They have been just contradicting me saying it's only a scratch its not a crack. When closely even after sending on pictures they still keep telling me its only a scratch. I wouldn't recommend these at all, and I'd advise anyone to steer clear of them. There attuide alone is just obnoxious. 0 out of 5 is what I rate them

Why did I buy a dell e6320 from techyteam (techy team) on ebay? Well, they have over 1000 positive reviews and 2 neg, hence the reason I bought from them. Upon receiving and opening the package I was HORRIFIED! The HDD was falling out because it had no screws, The bottom left mouse button was damaged, top right button not functioning, there was some grease and filth on the keyboard and when removing the back cover there was grease on the inside too, the battery charger and HDD caddy were not original parts and the CPU was running hot. I then wrote them an email but they refused to respond. I then gave them a negative comment and that didn't show up? So, I am somewhat perplexed. Is ebay trying to protect sellers that bring in a certain amount of profit? What is really going on? Most of us cannot afford to buy new computers, so we rely on the used market.

I would give this company a zero review for customer service and honoring the guarantee bought a laptop that worked for 3months only and was accused of causing the damage myself which was not the case I would advise anyone not to buy from this company as they were incompetent and refused to honor their guarantee
