Through no fault of their own, I had to ask this company for a complete refund. This appeared on my credit card statement in under 48 hours. I cannot fault that. I understand there is a problem with the telephone system which is being addressed but my emails were answered almost immediately. I would certainly consider using this company in the future

I had a great experience with Intertools Online, i received a call from James on the day of my order to inform me that the item i selected was not in stock and then he helped me select an appropriate replacement.
All items arrived via FedEx the following day.
Based on the reviews i have seen, they appear to have listened and improved the customer service.

They took my money 6 weeks ago knowing the item wasn’t in stock. Had one email reply one month ago, no reply to emails since and not answering their phone.

Company accepted my order. 1 week later I'd heard nothing from them about dispatch. I contacted them to be told that the item wasn't in stock and that they had no real idea when it would be. I requested a refund and received no response but did receive an email stating that my refund had been started and could take up to 6 weeks to process. Awful way to run a company. Avoid unless you want to be chasing a refund for weeks.
