My best piece of advice: STAY AWAY. There is not one good thing, starting from actual work completed, customer service, or reliability. I rang to enquire and was met with a direct quote saying 'send it, pay for postage, we'll sort it', no interest in the actual issue, and all of it over text, because no one ever picks up the phone. Anyway, they ignored several of my texts/calls when I was trying to get more info on progress and what would happen if the unit didn't work after their 'repair', but got nothing; when it came to payment though, they pestered my mechanic every 20 mins with texts. Anyway, unsurprisingly the issue came back immediately after install of the unit, to which I called, no answer, texted, eventually someone called me and was very rude saying it was my issue, and clearly I had misdiagnosed - I have had three very experienced mechanics tell me the ECU was the issue; when I tried to explain that, the guy just cut me off, said 'get your mechanic to call me'. Apparently they requested the unit to be sent back so they can send another - but I was unhappy with the outcome, because what is the guarantee, especially after dodgy communication and no diagnosis on their behalf? So I asked what the process was for a refund - they refused to call me, started sending rude text messages, basically the worst service I have ever had. All in all, there is no process for complaint, no process for refund, it was not clear anywhere whether or not there was any guarantee the work would be done... And on top of all of that, I had to ask to be sent an invoice, so clearly that is also not usual practice. Avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle.

******AVOID, AVOID, and AVOID EVEN MORE******
i had similar situation. Sent ECU for repair. We received another. Don't know if it was our original back or a repaired one, but whichever, it didn't work, so had to purchase a brand new one from manufacturer as it was a company car which was needed for use every day. We rang to complain the one they sent us didn't work. They just said send it back for checking (again). Told them we would send it back, but by then we wanted a refund not another unit. They agreed to send a refund, but needless to say we never received our money back. We rang several times, and found the man to be almost rude. Wrote 2 or 3 times too, but was ignored. Unfortunately we put this down to experience, and would never recommend this company.

Rude over the phone and has no respect for his customers. Sent my bsi and abs units to get tested the guy on the line was so rude and unprofessional! I ended up asking him to send them back. Before he put the phone down on me he told me to “have a good life”. I will never use or recommend this joker to anyone

Just a waste of time and money. Charge of £60 and after 1 day they will tell you they can’t fix it.

Sent my bcm to them. Phone call to say no faults, so he said he flashed new software and charged me the inspection fee. No difference when I got it so phoned and he told me I needed to buy a new one then. Waste of money!

Sent my ecu with covering letter saying definitely faulty due to water damage. They charged me £60 to repeat this to me. Then sent it back because they cannot fix it!

Sent off my Ecu , paid £60 as thought they could repair anything
Next day received a call to say it was unrepairable !

However they sent it to techscan 999 who charged £350 which to took estimated 10 days to receive back
So over all two weeks later at a overall cost of £410
Not exactly next day ☹️
